About the Journal
AL-MUSTASYAR: Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by STAI Baitul Arqom Al-Islami, Ciparay Bandung, Indonesia. The journal provides an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, legal scholars, practitioners, and students to publish original research, theoretical discussions, and analytical studies related to Islamic law and its contemporary application.
AL-MUSTASYAR is dedicated to promoting scholarly discourse in the field of Islamic law, both classical and contemporary, including the study of fiqh, ushul fiqh, Islamic legal thought, family law, economic law, constitutional law, judiciary studies, fatwa studies, and legal responses to modern social challenges.
